Return Policy

Bay Pop Shop is a small business created from the popular artwork of Ramon Matheu. As we grow, we hope to apply many of Ramon’s artistic designs to an ever expanding variety of merchandise, including: candles, leggings, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, home decor and more!  Through this process, many of our clothing and other sized items are printed and/or hand sewn to order.

As a result, we ask that you please order carefully and make sure that you are ordering the correct item, size and color you want. Our small business simply cannot accept returns unless for obvious reasons such as printing errors, product defects or the rare mix-up in orders. But hey, we are reasonable and we want you to shop confidently. So, we simply ask that you contact us if there is a problem with your order and we will do what we can to make you a happy customer.
